OVER 15 FEARED DEAD IN MWINGWI ROAD ACCIDEN
OVER 15 people belonging to the mobile market traders popularly known as Munada are feared dead in Mungwi District of Northern Province.
This was after the driver of the light truck in which they were traveling lost control and plunged into Chambeshi River.
The accident happened last night around 23hours.
Bodies of the deceased are currently being ferried to Kasama Central Hospital mortuary where relatives are identifying.
And Northern Province Munada Association Chairperson Brandon Mwambazi has confirmed the accident describing it as unfortunate.
Road Traffic accidents involving mobile market traders in the province are common due to the unreliable mode of transport they use.
