JIMMY MUKEYA, THE WONDERKID WHO CAN’T STOP SCORIN

NAPSA Stars Wonderkid Jimmy Mukeya stole the show in week 31 of the MTN Super League after guiding his side to a 4-3 victory over Indeni on Sunday.

The Youngster who has marshaled the pensioners attacking unit this season bagged a brace and made two assists in the game.

NAPSA where on the brink of being held to a three all draw by a stubborn Indeni side who fought tooth and nail in the second stanza of the game.

And Mukeya who opened the score line for the Pensioners in the 9th minute stole the show by scoring the winning goal for the relegation candidates in the 75th minute as they snatched a 4-3 victory in Kitwe.

The Pensioners who were also gifted a brace by Bornwell Mwape are 15th on the table on 36 points while Indeni who found the back of the net through Cephas Handavu, Tiki Chiluba and Graven Chitalu are 14th on 37 points.

And Lusaka Dynamos beat NKANA Football club 2-1 at their backyard in another mouthwatering fixture.

A brace by Willy Stephanus gave Lusaka Dynamos coach Wedson Nyirenda a three points bragging right over Bestton Chambeshi ‘s NKANA who pulled a goal through Ronald ‘ Sate Sate’ Kampamba.

The defeat is a blow to NKANA’s hopes of escaping relegation while Dynamos have moved to Fifth position with the win.

In the country’s capital, the heated Lusaka derby between Green Buffaloes and ZANACO was played to a one all draw as the Bankers failed to narrow the gap between them and log leaders ZESCO United.

In other games played Green Eagles were held to a one all draw by Buildcon while Prison Leopards beat Lumwana Radiants one nil courtesy of a goal from Junior Zulu.
